Description

EDIT: Take a look at my newer repaints, most of these have changed and I've gotten a lot better since then!

My new obsession: repainting Monster High dolls. (And I know, the last one is a Bratzillaz doll, but I got it because Wal-Mart was out of MH)
These are all works in progress, and some are far from finished.
From left to right, they are; Abbey Bominable Dot Dead Gorgeous repaint with handsewn top, Skelita Calaveras Scaris repaint with breasts sanded off (I mean, breasts on a skeleton? Come on.), Spectra Vondergeist Picture Day repaint, Ghoulia Yelps Dot Dead Gorgeous repaint with badly handsewn hoodie, Spectra Vondergheist Dot Dead Gorgeous repaint with hand made wig out of a scrap of rabit fur I had laying around, Lagoona Blue Dance Class repaint with Bratz clothes, Rochelle Goyle repaint, Draculaura Dot Dead Gorgeous repaint, CAM Gargoyle and vampire repaints, Robecca Steam repaint, and Bratzillaz Meygana Broomstix repaint.

Hi, love these models, particularly the make ones.

I've got a quick question. I'm repainting a doll from head to toe, and I'm wondering how you paint the joints so the paint doesn't come off when you move them. The best results I've had so far are with a cheap back spray paint (which wasn't so bad) or black nail varnish, but the colour underneath still occasionally rubs and shows though.

Thank you.
